At the beginning of each summer grandfather Piacentino prepared the oak wood to light the fires under copper pots to cook the must obtained from wine-pressing selected by granfather Piacentino: and so the mulled wine was born.

This sweet wine was tested in the big family occasions. It could be defined in this way:
