Twenty-five years Centofanti company has begun a renewal and experimentation process to improve both the structure of the vineyards and the quality of grapes. After a series of testings on small plots of land, we have concluded that the double branch pergola is the best structure that adapts to the climate of Giuliano Teatino. The double branch assures both a good aeration of the bunch and a good shading so that it can ripen to sunlight reflected. This type of structure also facilitates the manual operations of pruning and vintage.

Our philosophy is summed up in a greater attention on grape vines in order to have first choice. These grapes are harvested with good sugar and good acidity so that they can become long-lived wines that distinguish our company. All thanks to modern technologies used by our winemaker Vittorio Festa.
VINEYARDS
The company has ten acres of land on which there are native vines and new varieties. The vineyards are in double branch to ensure to the grapes the right amount of light and shade during ripening. The grapes are still worked by the Centofanti family following biological methods and respecting the old traditions like the rigorous selection of grapes and the subsequent handharvested.
